A programme of talks from the heart, workshops and discussions to stimulate contemplation and the sharing of insights. Short, spiritual meditations, known as spiritual exercises, will feature in each session to help you tune into and experience the highest form of love, seen and heard inwardly as Light and Sound.
Special recorded talks by Sri Doug Kunin, the Spiritual Leader of ECKANKAR, will feature on both days.

In making your travel and accommodation plans it may help to be aware of the following:
- The main programme on Saturday begins with a HU Chant. We recommend arriving by 9am to allow time to collect your badge and have a little meet and greet time before it starts.
- This year we have a programme for ECK students on Sunday afternoon featuring a special (recorded) talk for chelas by Sri Doug Kunin followed by discussion.
- Many hotel bedroom rates fluctuate according to demand. These rates are likely to be much higher on Friday and Saturday than they will be on Sunday (due to normal weekend demand as well as other big events taking place on Saturday in Milton Keynes)

- Travelodge MK “at the Hub” (there are other Travelodge’s in MK) is right next to LMK and has more family rooms (all rooms at competitive rates)
- Moxy MK (by Marriott) is 8 minutes walk from LMK and has family and pet-friendly rooms
- Premier Inn MK Central, Avebury Blvd (there are other Premier Inns in MK) is 10 minutes walk from LMK and only 12 minutes from MK railway station, with family rooms at no extra cost (all rooms at competitive rates).
