Change is the one of those things in life that appears to be a constant companion. Just as the seasons change in nature, we too move from childhood to adolescence to old age. There are numerous changes that we may encounter at one time or another during our lives; change in circumstances such as a move from familiar surroundings, health, finances, relationships, etc.

This discussion provides us with an opportunity to explore change from a spiritual perspective. Discover spiritual tools we can use to get divine help and how to better handle change with more grace.
