Experience HU, the Sound of Soul
After a brief introduction you’ll be invited to experience the sound of Soul by chanting HU, followed by contemplative time, and spiritual conversation with others of like heart and mind.
HU is a sacred sound and ancient mantra. It helps you connect with the creative life-force for spiritual awareness in your daily life. HU can uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.
