Open your heart and your Spiritual Eye with the HU mantra
After a brief introduction you will be invited to chant HU an ancient mantra and universal name for God. HU is a passkey to our inner worlds unlocking spiritual awareness from our dreams or contemplations to help us in our daily lives.
HU can be used by anyone, regardless of religion, culture, or belief, even if you don’t have a belief system.
The many possible benefits of singing HU include:
• Inner peace and calm
• Divine love
• Spiritual self-discovery and growth
• Healing of the heart
This free event will include:
• An introduction and short reading (or quote) for inspiration
• HU chant (for 15-20 minutes)
• A few minutes contemplative time
• Spiritual conversation
